With this offer you also get to send your kids to the best schools without joining the janitorial staff, have money left over at the end of each month and take vacations without staying with relatives! But don’t act yet…there’s even more!

If you go see my online movie right now, I’ll even throw in the 15 minutes it takes to watch it for free! You won’t have to pay for a theater ticket, popcorn (cuz I’m not giving you any) or even shipping and handling. You get to sit right there in the comfort of your very own chair and experience the wonders of my terrible special effects and bad movie making skills.

This will be amazing! Are you ready now for the experience of your life? Well here it is: Take Me To The Dadgum Movie Already!

At 17 I had dreams, I was excited about the future. Most of us are that way. As we get older though, life happens and things change. Maybe it starts with the realization that we have to show up at work everyday. Maybe we begin to get that pit in our stomach on Sunday evenings knowing that another work week starts in the morning.

Over the years we get tied up in bills and having to use credit to keep up with that awful Jones family. Vacations become staycations, a new BMW becomes a used Chevy and a 4000 square foot dream house becomes a huge mortgage on a 1500 square foot 80′s fixer upper with a basement. As life changes, we get older. Older means we quit dreaming because in our minds thoughts of the future don’t go with thoughts of how great it’s going to be.

Well, I’ve discovered a solution. It’s really more like the fountain of youth and it works every time. It’s called home based business or network marketing. I’ve noticed that no matter how old we are when we start our home based business, that dream mechanism kicks in. As we start to dream again, we start feeling younger, more vibrant, 17 again. There is just something about having something great to look forward to every morning.

It’s true…The best part of waking up is a home based business in your cup! If you haven’t tried it, you’re really missing out on something special.

There are a whole bunch of network marketers out there that are totally confused about how binary pay plans work. So here is the deal in a nutshell; sign up with a stud and all you have to do is build a straight line downline one person under the other and get paid 17% on all that volume in that leg forever deep. Yes you get paid no matter how deep it goes.

Unilevel’s stop at a certain level (usually 6-8 levels deep), even break-away’s stop, a good binary never stops paying you no matter how deep it goes. You could have a leg that is doing almost nothing for 100 people deep then see it explode, because a stud joins your team down there and you make that 17% on the thousands of people he adds to that leg for you.

Binary’s aren’t rocket science. It’s finding two studs and you’re done. The first of those two studs can be the stud in your upline who is working his hiney off in what will be your power-leg. As long as the team you are joining has a good building system, the rest is easy. You just need to shop for a binary with a team that has a good building system.

What’s a good building system? Good question. Here is the answer; if you can see it working for you, it’s probably a good system. If it looks like something you can’t see yourself doing, it won’t be good for you. So be sure to find out what the plan is before you join. Again, it isn’t rocket science. Use your common sense and it will all work out for you.

Binary compensation plans are the best kept secret in the entire industry, but there are good reasons that great builders wouldn’t work any other kind of plan. Why not find out what those reasons are? Most of them directly benefit you!

Why not take a look at my short online movie that could change everything for you for the better:

So you’re thinking about going into business for yourself. And, you want something that is pretty turn-key so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

You’ve heard that franchises have a lot of advantages like low risk of failure, name recognition, collective buying power, training and of course, the are certainly turn key businesses. All these things are very positive reasons to buy a franchise.

There are other things to consider though. The startup cost for a franchise can be a lot of money. Start a McDonald’s and you can be in it for millions. The average franchise cost is around $70 grand and you can pay as little as $10,000 just to put someone else’s logo on your shirt while your cleaning houses. Also, buying a franchise doesn’t leave a lot of room for deviating away from the standard. Subway, for example, has to have exact weights for their meats and cheeses.

When it comes to franchises, it’s really their way or hit the highway. If you are an individual and like to express what makes you unique…you probably should forget about the franchise route.

What about home based business or Network Marketing? Many times you have a very low financial risk, you get name recognition, collective buying power and training. You also get the added advantage of not only acting like a franchisee but also like a franchiser. You can build a network of distributors that, like in franchising, you make a piece of their action too.

The disadvantages? Most of these are avoidable but here goes: Often you’re asked to bug all your friends, neighbors and relatives. Also cold call strangers, learn to be a salesperson and attend a bunch of meetings. Also, because everyone has the opportunity to sponsor others, often your upline trainer is too inexperienced to be able to help you succeed very much.

If you do consider the home based business route, and I do highly recommend it, here are a few things you should look for and it should be a great experience for you:

1. Experience, experience, experience. Find a person to sponsor and train you that really has a successful track record. Once you find someone that you believe fits the bill, make sure they will devote the time needed to teach you the ropes. Mentoring is everything. A mentor can shorten the time frame it will take you to succeed dramatically and stop you from falling in all the crevasses along the way.

2. Make sure they have a duplicatable marketing and training system in place. This is not only important to you, but also to those team members who will one day follow you. No system, not ability to build a big business.

3. Stable company that hasn’t become a stodgy beluga. Brand new companies fail left and right and huge old companies are very very difficult to build an organization with. If you have chosen your mentor wisely, this will probably already be taken care of for you.

4. Products. Many make the huge mistake of choosing only products that they love. Rule #1 in marketing; it isn’t about what you like, it’s about what others will eagerly buy. Look for a growth industry and a product that has a competitive advantage.

5. Admittedly, this is my preference, find someone who can show you how to build without contacting all your friends, neighbors and relatives. Find someone who doesn’t need you to attend or bring people to a bunch of meetings to succeed. Find someone who doesn’t want you to make a bunch of cold calls to strangers. Find someone with a plan.

Spend a lot of money on a franchise or spend a little time building a home based business. This is up to you of course, but for me, I’m a home based business guy.

“Americans’ confidence in being able to afford a comfortable retirement has hit an all-time low. Thanks to tough economic times, state and local budget woes and rough financial markets, more than 1 in 4 Americans currently in the workforce say they’re “not at all confident” about retirement, an increase of 5% over last year.“…Gail Buckner

More and more Americans approaching retirement are starting to believe that retirement is a myth. Many have seen their investments evaporate along with their corporate pensions and their real estate values. The age wave just keeps moving. Over the next 20 years some 75 million people will begin drawing their Social Security checks. Can WalMart possibly hire this many greeters over the next 20 years?

I’ve been a part of the network marketing or home based business industry for over 35 years. In that entire time it has always been difficult to attract people over 50 to our business. For the most part their dreams had turned into putting the finishing touches on their retirements or scaling back so they could indeed retire by age 65. They certainly were no longer perusing the dreams of their youth.

Over the last two years that has changed dramatically. Now, more than ever, I have people who are over 50 contacting me to see what can be done about their financial challenges through home based businesses. Because I am 55 we connect on so many levels. I find it fascinating that these hard working people have a much greater sense of urgency than their younger acquaintances, family members or co-workers.

They get it that they need to choose the right company for the right reasons. They know the power of mentoring and they always display a great work ethic. They know they have to start making it happen now. Mark my words; The 50 and older crowd is the next generation of powerful network marketers.

I know, you’re thinking; What happened to generation Y? Well, I love the young guns spirit, but they still have that fatal flaw of believing they are immortal. They think they have lots and lots of time to get it done. The opportunities they choose only have to meet their two main priorities of being ultra-fun and ultra-cool. If they can’t get the entire business presentation inside of a 3 minute movie trailer…it isn’t going to fly with them.

If you don’t buy into any of this that I am saying…I’m completely good with that. If you do, here is what my fellow 50 and older crowd are looking for. A simple plan that not only works but they can see themselves working it. It can use technology. Yes we do Facebook and you might even catch us texting and Tweeting. But the business can’t be all about or dependent on technology.

Because most of us quit worrying about being cool a long time ago, results mean everything to us. We care about the plan, the tools, the effectiveness, the profitability and just how much common sense it has. We’re big into common sense. We may be a pretty down to earth bunch, but you know what, we’re the ones with the work ethic and 40 years worth of common sense, credibility and valuable contacts.

Baby Boomers are the next power brokers in our industry because MLM may just be the new Social Security. We’ll succeed because we have always expected to succeed and acted on those expectations. Don’t think a little thing like losing 40 years worth of investments is going to keep us down. That is going to be the very motivation that makes us climb back to the top again.

Ok, when you’re not dealing in securities, it isn’t really insider trading. But in the network marketing world, insider information can be very valuable indeed.

So here is the scoop; a ton of industry top earners with a particular industry giant are about to turn a much smaller company into the next industry giant. I can’t tell you all the reasons or give you the company names here, I can only tell you that some industry icons are not so happy where they are, so they are about to take their powerful skills and influence someplace else. Knowing that someplace else can make all the difference.

This often leads to an industry stampede in the direction of the now very fortune and often more deserving company. This kind of movement also often creates a lot of very happy distributors who get in the way of that stampede at the right time. I’ve been around long enough to know several people who were mediocre distributors at best, but they got in the way of just this kind of stampede and ended up earning 10-20k per month. The particular company I am thinking of ended up with 62 distributors who were earning over 100k per month when all the dust settled.

Contact me at: greg@greg-arnold.com If you’d like to know more about how you can get in the way of this thundering heard while it can still dramatically impact your life in a very positive way.

Funny how so many people employ the “Ready, Fire, Aim” plan of attack on the market place. Join a MLM business, call all your friends, get shot down, then ask your upline how to build your business. Or worse yet…quit because MLM doesn’t work for you.

“Do something, even if it’s wrong.” Who the heck said that? While I agree that you learn by doing, isn’t it better to get an experienced mentor to help you and then do it together?

It is important to learn how to succeed in your business, but it is more important to teach your business partners how to succeed. Your team members must know how to attack and when to attack. They need to know what the outcome will be before they open their mouths. It is your responsibility to teach them how to do it.

If you don’t know how…learn. It is too important to leave it to chance or to employ any of the fricken wives-tales that exist in this industry. Do you have a plan that is battle tested and works over and over again? Do you know how to execute it? Do you know how to teach others to execute it?

Kicking a little booty has far more to do with knowing how, rather than flailing around like a mad mad.

If you have a plan that works, then it’s all about how many times you use it. Success in home based business is about doing what works over and over again…You and those that look to you for leadership.

Go get em…

“In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy’s country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good.”…Sun Tzu (Brilliant tactician and author of “The Art of War)

Network Marketing is a career, not a company!

As a home based business entrepreneur I often see distributors trying to build their businesses by attacking and putting down their competition. They take the stance that in order to have the tallest building in the skyline they must tear down everyone else’s buildings. This is so bad on so many levels.

Why would anyone want to join you when you don’t feel good enough about yourself and what you’re doing to highlight that?

Why would anyone want to join you when they inherently know that when you disassociate with them, that you will bad mouth them too?

Why would anyone join you when you have nothing good to say about anyone or anything else?

When your competition decides to change companies (and they always will), why would they consider joining you after you have said such bad things about them and the companies they represented?

Be a good general; Praise and respect your competition. Beat your competition with superior work ethic, skill and strategy. If and when your competition wants to join your team, isn’t it best that he or she respects what you do and brings their team with them, fully intact?

Always succeed through earning a greater market share, not by trying to destroy segments of the market you work in.

Wouldn’t it be great if you suddenly had magic like powers that could command thousands to say, “YES” to joining your home based business?

If you had this coveted ability to influence and attract thousands to become a part of your business and even perform as if they had these magic like powers too, imagine how your life could change!

But the reason why you’re not seeing the results you dream of is because your current marketing approach isn’t working. In fact, what you’re doing goes completely against the laws of human nature!

It’s not your fault. After all, you’ve probably never been taught or even considered how all of the training that you’ve received up until now not only doesn’t work but it’s dead wrong from a human nature stand-point. And that’s very bad, considering that we are all human!

Does this sound familiar? In the past you’ve felt pressured into contacting all of your friends, neighbors and relatives, or into calling a bunch of angry strangers, or into attending a bunch of time consuming and often boring “Opportunity meetings” and all this has done is left you frustrated and possibly broke.

Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. I have developed a system that allows you not to contact your friends, relatives and everyone else you know to start your business. You don’t have to make cold calls. You don’t have to be a salesperson. You don’t have to go to a bunch of meetings. You don’t even have to read the directions to be successful.

All you have to do is allow us to introduce you to people who are already interested in joining your business. That’s our system. Ask me more about it.

A while back I heard someone say something like “if you’re leading but no one is following then you’re just taking a walk.” Well, maybe. It may be true that if you’re just talking about getting it done and pointing the way for others to go then “taking a walk” describes what you’re doing pretty well.

On the other hand, if you’re committed to a cause, if you’re headed in a specific direction that can and will benefit you and others who choose to follow you, that’s leadership even if no one is following you now. Many times leadership is about blazing new trails. It’s never a popularity contest. Winning has everything to do with personal commitment.

What you do today has everything to do with whether you are a winner or not in your network marketing/home based business. If your plan is to build your MLM business then recruiting/sponsoring is part of that. What are you doing today/everyday to sponsor someone? If the answer is nothing, then you aren’t winning today. Telling everyone else to sponsor someone isn’t leadership, it’s taking a walk.

Leadership is about doing the things it takes to build your business every day, even when no one is watching, even if no one is following you today. Plan your work, work your plan. Have a vision, move toward your vision. Don’t worry about who is following you today. As you make it happen, people will notice and climb on board. But it starts with you.

The last few days I have redoubled my efforts because I reminded myself that the fundamentals of the business are everything. Without them you don’t win. Working, prospecting, promoting, testing, learning, moving forward, enjoying others with similar vision, this is what it is all about. Day before yesterday I talked with potential team members. Yesterday I did the same. Today I will do the same. Tomorrow I will do the same. Filling the pipeline and keeping it full is the key to mine and your success.

This is how an average old network marketer grabs the brass ring, one day at a time; you beat 90% by just working on a persistent and consistent basis. The other 10%, is and always will be a dogfight, but that is where life is fun. Never settle for just taking a walk.
