With this offer you also get to send your kids to the best schools without joining the janitorial staff, have money left over at the end of each month and take vacations without staying with relatives! But don’t act yet…there’s even more!

If you go see my online movie right now, I’ll even throw in the 15 minutes it takes to watch it for free! You won’t have to pay for a theater ticket, popcorn (cuz I’m not giving you any) or even shipping and handling. You get to sit right there in the comfort of your very own chair and experience the wonders of my terrible special effects and bad movie making skills.

This will be amazing! Are you ready now for the experience of your life? Well here it is: Take Me To The Dadgum Movie Already!

This is the part where you click on the link and go see the movie…

There are a whole bunch of network marketers out there that are totally confused about how binary pay plans work. So here is the deal in a nutshell; sign up with a stud and all you have to do is build a straight line downline one person under the other and get paid 17% on all that volume in that leg forever deep. Yes you get paid no matter how deep it goes.

Unilevel’s stop at a certain level (usually 6-8 levels deep), even break-away’s stop, a good binary never stops paying you no matter how deep it goes. You could have a leg that is doing almost nothing for 100 people deep then see it explode, because a stud joins your team down there and you make that 17% on the thousands of people he adds to that leg for you.

Binary’s aren’t rocket science. It’s finding two studs and you’re done. The first of those two studs can be the stud in your upline who is working his hiney off in what will be your power-leg. As long as the team you are joining has a good building system, the rest is easy. You just need to shop for a binary with a team that has a good building system.

What’s a good building system? Good question. Here is the answer; if you can see it working for you, it’s probably a good system. If it looks like something you can’t see yourself doing, it won’t be good for you. So be sure to find out what the plan is before you join. Again, it isn’t rocket science. Use your common sense and it will all work out for you.

Binary compensation plans are the best kept secret in the entire industry, but there are good reasons that great builders wouldn’t work any other kind of plan. Why not find out what those reasons are? Most of them directly benefit you!

Greg Arnold
Why not take a look at my short online movie that could change everything for you for the better:

“Americans’ confidence in being able to afford a comfortable retirement has hit an all-time low. Thanks to tough economic times, state and local budget woes and rough financial markets, more than 1 in 4 Americans currently in the workforce say they’re “not at all confident” about retirement, an increase of 5% over last year.“…Gail Buckner

More and more Americans approaching retirement are starting to believe that retirement is a myth. Many have seen their investments evaporate along with their corporate pensions and their real estate values. The age wave just keeps moving. Over the next 20 years some 75 million people will begin drawing their Social Security checks. Can WalMart possibly hire this many greeters over the next 20 years?

I’ve been a part of the network marketing or home based business industry for over 35 years. In that entire time it has always been difficult to attract people over 50 to our business. For the most part their dreams had turned into putting the finishing touches on their retirements or scaling back so they could indeed retire by age 65. They certainly were no longer perusing the dreams of their youth.

Over the last two years that has changed dramatically. Now, more than ever, I have people who are over 50 contacting me to see what can be done about their financial challenges through home based businesses. Because I am 55 we connect on so many levels. I find it fascinating that these hard working people have a much greater sense of urgency than their younger acquaintances, family members or co-workers.

They get it that they need to choose the right company for the right reasons. They know the power of mentoring and they always display a great work ethic. They know they have to start making it happen now. Mark my words; The 50 and older crowd is the next generation of powerful network marketers.

I know, you’re thinking; What happened to generation Y? Well, I love the young guns spirit, but they still have that fatal flaw of believing they are immortal. They think they have lots and lots of time to get it done. The opportunities they choose only have to meet their two main priorities of being ultra-fun and ultra-cool. If they can’t get the entire business presentation inside of a 3 minute movie trailer…it isn’t going to fly with them.

If you don’t buy into any of this that I am saying…I’m completely good with that. If you do, here is what my fellow 50 and older crowd are looking for. A simple plan that not only works but they can see themselves working it. It can use technology. Yes we do Facebook and you might even catch us texting and Tweeting. But the business can’t be all about or dependent on technology.

Because most of us quit worrying about being cool a long time ago, results mean everything to us. We care about the plan, the tools, the effectiveness, the profitability and just how much common sense it has. We’re big into common sense. We may be a pretty down to earth bunch, but you know what, we’re the ones with the work ethic and 40 years worth of common sense, credibility and valuable contacts.

Baby Boomers are the next power brokers in our industry because MLM may just be the new Social Security. We’ll succeed because we have always expected to succeed and acted on those expectations. Don’t think a little thing like losing 40 years worth of investments is going to keep us down. That is going to be the very motivation that makes us climb back to the top again.

“Thus it is that in war the victorious strategist only seeks battle after the victory has been won, whereas he who is destined to defeat first fights and afterwards looks for victory.”…Sun Tzu

Funny how so many people employ the “Ready, Fire, Aim” plan of attack on the market place. Join a MLM business, call all your friends, get shot down, then ask your upline how to build your business. Or worse yet…quit because MLM doesn’t work for you.

“Do something, even if it’s wrong.” Who the heck said that? While I agree that you learn by doing, isn’t it better to get an experienced mentor to help you and then do it together?

It is important to learn how to succeed in your business, but it is more important to teach your business partners how to succeed. Your team members must know how to attack and when to attack. They need to know what the outcome will be before they open their mouths. It is your responsibility to teach them how to do it.

If you don’t know how…learn. It is too important to leave it to chance or to employ any of the fricken wives-tales that exist in this industry. Do you have a plan that is battle tested and works over and over again? Do you know how to execute it? Do you know how to teach others to execute it?

Kicking a little booty has far more to do with knowing how, rather than flailing around like a mad mad.

If you have a plan that works, then it’s all about how many times you use it. Success in home based business is about doing what works over and over again…You and those that look to you for leadership.

Go get em…

Wouldn’t it be great if you suddenly had magic like powers that could command thousands to say, “YES” to joining your home based business?

If you had this coveted ability to influence and attract thousands to become a part of your business and even perform as if they had these magic like powers too, imagine how your life could change!

But the reason why you’re not seeing the results you dream of is because your current marketing approach isn’t working. In fact, what you’re doing goes completely against the laws of human nature!

It’s not your fault. After all, you’ve probably never been taught or even considered how all of the training that you’ve received up until now not only doesn’t work but it’s dead wrong from a human nature stand-point. And that’s very bad, considering that we are all human!

Does this sound familiar? In the past you’ve felt pressured into contacting all of your friends, neighbors and relatives, or into calling a bunch of angry strangers, or into attending a bunch of time consuming and often boring “Opportunity meetings” and all this has done is left you frustrated and possibly broke.

Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. I have developed a system that allows you not to contact your friends, relatives and everyone else you know to start your business. You don’t have to make cold calls. You don’t have to be a salesperson. You don’t have to go to a bunch of meetings. You don’t even have to read the directions to be successful.

All you have to do is allow us to introduce you to people who are already interested in joining your business. That’s our system. Ask me more about it.

A while back I heard someone say something like “if you’re leading but no one is following then you’re just taking a walk.” Well, maybe. It may be true that if you’re just talking about getting it done and pointing the way for others to go then “taking a walk” describes what you’re doing pretty well.

On the other hand, if you’re committed to a cause, if you’re headed in a specific direction that can and will benefit you and others who choose to follow you, that’s leadership even if no one is following you now. Many times leadership is about blazing new trails. It’s never a popularity contest. Winning has everything to do with personal commitment.

What you do today has everything to do with whether you are a winner or not in your network marketing/home based business. If your plan is to build your MLM business then recruiting/sponsoring is part of that. What are you doing today/everyday to sponsor someone? If the answer is nothing, then you aren’t winning today. Telling everyone else to sponsor someone isn’t leadership, it’s taking a walk.

Leadership is about doing the things it takes to build your business every day, even when no one is watching, even if no one is following you today. Plan your work, work your plan. Have a vision, move toward your vision. Don’t worry about who is following you today. As you make it happen, people will notice and climb on board. But it starts with you.

The last few days I have redoubled my efforts because I reminded myself that the fundamentals of the business are everything. Without them you don’t win. Working, prospecting, promoting, testing, learning, moving forward, enjoying others with similar vision, this is what it is all about. Day before yesterday I talked with potential team members. Yesterday I did the same. Today I will do the same. Tomorrow I will do the same. Filling the pipeline and keeping it full is the key to mine and your success.

This is how an average old network marketer grabs the brass ring, one day at a time; you beat 90% by just working on a persistent and consistent basis. The other 10%, is and always will be a dogfight, but that is where life is fun. Never settle for just taking a walk.

I’m always amazed at that question. They don’t see that I’m not building my business on Sunday because I have to, I’m building on Sunday because I love what I’m doing. I almost never know what day of the week it is.

Still, I’m sympathetic for people who start to feel sick to their stomach at about 7:pm on Sunday evening because they have to go back to work in the morning after a weekend off. I remember those days. I loved 3:30 in the afternoon on Fridays, knowing I would be off work until 7:am Monday.

Friday nights were my favorite because I had the whole weekend in front of me. Then I loved Saturday mornings because they always felt like freedom. Sleeping in as long as I wanted was like heaven. Then Sunday morning was great because I could read the sports section in bed with a great cup of coffee.

But I hated Sunday evenings more than I disliked any other time of the week. Anticipating Monday morning was worst than Monday morning itself. My stomach would begin to grind. I knew I had to get to bed early, but I wanted to stay awake as long as possible to delay the inevitable start of my day the next morning. Sunday night was my weekly time in hell.

Now I almost laugh when someone asks me if I have to work on Sunday. I know in just a few hours on Sunday evening, their feelings about Sunday are going to do a 180 and their guts are going to begin to let them know that tomorrow begins a new week in corporate servitude.

Gosh, I love that I love to work on Sundays.

The Super Bowl old timers knew what a special moment they were participating in. 10-14 year veterans knew that you don’t get there every year. Often the best team simply doesn’t make it to the big game. So they approach the game with reverence and common sense. Work like crazy to get there, understand it comes through years of effort and relish every moment of the journey.

What can you learn from a MLM Old Fart? Plenty. Success comes through consistent, persistent effort. Success comes through belief and unwavering effort. Success comes from knowing that while every play you call won’t be successful, if you keep calling the right plays you will ultimately win.

I like baby-boomers because they have spent a lifetime learning that nothing good comes easy. They may have seen their life’s investment plan evaporate and they know they don’t have 30 more years to replace it…they’re hungry and have a sense of urgency. Baby-boomers understand the concept of mentoring. They know you can take years off the success process by learning from someone who is already standing where they want to be. Baby-boomers may have big butts, but they also have a ton of common sense. Baby boomers make better decisions by accident than most inexperienced folks make though careful planning, which they rarely do.

Baby-boomers understand making good decisions, not letting their emotions get in the way and seeing it through to win their personal championship. I love baby-boomers. I love the guys that some call old farts, who buy cars with big butt seats and have enough common sense to be a complete pleasure to work with. We may be slow, but we’re steady and we cut a wide path on our way to making it happen. We also know enough to realize how rare success is and how important it is to cherish and perform with every moment of every day that we have left.

Learnable, Teachable, Repeatable are the reflection that need to be in the mirror that you hold up to any activity you perform in your Network Marketing business. Your prospecting methods must be Learnable, Teachable, Repeatable. Your training must be Learnable, Teachable, Repeatable. Every aspect of your business simply has to be Learnable, Teachable, Repeatable!

If it isn’t it won’t survive and indeed thrive generations and generations deep as it must for you to build a Network Marketing empire. Why? Because from the very start your prospect has to have “hey, I can do that!” flash in their brain before they will join you in your business. If you are too complicated, too smart, communicate too much information in your prospecting process, you’ll never sponsor anyone. Your prospects will never think “Hey I can do that!” while you’re running on and on about how many milligrams is ideal for maximum absorption at the cellular lever of whatever the heck I’m talking about.

Why would anyone join you if they can’t see themselves being able to learn all that stuff, let alone trying to present it to someone else. If everything you do is Learnable, Teachable and Repeatable, you win because it will be easily duplicatable. So as you look at what you’re doing, hold the Learnable, Teachable, Repeatable mirror up to it and see if it will fog up your future or show through nice and clear so everyone can not only be able to do it too, but see themselves being able to do it too!

My wife Pattie and I talked about this at greater depth in our BlogTalkRadio show this morning (Feb 1st). If you would like to listen in, here is the link: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/actlive/2011/02/01/act-live-with-greg-pattie

Enjoy,

I’ve built a MLM or Network Marketing business face to face and using the Internet and telephone. For me I’d rather use the Internet and telephone every time. Building face to face comes with having a team who depend on you being present to help them. You have to be present for opportunity meetings, face to face presentations, two on ones, even having product and tools on hand because your team members often don’t. You can’t walk away from that type of business. Not to mention you have to dress-up all the time.

On the other hand, building your business over the Internet and telephone allows you to be independent. You can live anywhere, you can dress as you like and you won’t have people dropping in on you all the time. You will also attract others who like you, want to be independent.

I love independent people. I love helping them blossom into powerful leaders.
